Biomar Fish provides a verified traceability system for the origin and consumption of fish and other fishery products. The company strives for long-term participatory operation and vertical cooperation with suppliers and customers. It introduces innovative business approaches to the development of new products, markets and logistic networks. It implements an effective system of self-control and traceability system for the food industry.

Engaging in various international fishery sourcing Biomar Fish tends to contribute to the consumption of a larger number of fishery products that are obtained or produced on the basis of sustainable growth.

The company is vertically integrated into the business system of suppliers certified by HACCP, IFS Food, CoC (MSC, ASC) standards for the production, processing, marketing and sale of sea and freshwater products.

SLEDLJIVOST

Družba Marinblu zagotavlja preverjen sistem sledljivosti izvora in porabe rib in drugih ribjih izdelkov. Družba stremi k dolgoročnemu participativnemu delovanju in vertikalnem sodelovanju z dobavitelji in kupci. Uvaja inovativne poslovne pristope k razvoju novih izdelkov, trgov in logističnih povezav. Implementira učinkovit sistem samokontrole, ki je verificiran z mednarodno uveljavljenim sistemom certificiranja za živilsko dejavnost.

Z vključevanjem v različne mednarodne certifikacijske sisteme želi družba Marinblu prispevati k potrošnji večjega števila izdelkov, ki so pridobljeni oziroma proizvedeni na temelju trajnostnega razvoja.

Družba razpolaga s certifikati HACCP, IFS, trži in prodaja morske ter sladkovodne izdelke, ki so MSC in ASC certificirani.

Biomar Fish is implementing two vertical investment projects as a prerequisite for business excellence. The projects are:

1. Increasing the business capacity for processing fish and other fishery products.

2. Automation of defrosting, weighing, packaging and labelling line.

The projects are co-financed from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and from the budget of the Republic of Slovenia for fishery fund.

Družba Marinblu izvaja dva investicijska projekta kot pogoja za odličnost poslovanja. Projekta sta:

1. Povečanje poslovnih zmogljivosti predelave rib in drugih ribjih izdelkov.

2. Avtomatizacija linije za odtaljevanje, tehtanje, pakiranje in označevanje.

Projekta sta sofinancirana iz Evropskega sklada za pomorstvo in ribištvo ter iz proračuna Republike Slovenije za ribiški sklad.
